Experimental investigation of drilling parameters for polymer matrix composite

چکیده
During the assembly of parts, drilling is usually final procedure in these implementations. Any fault that contributes to dismissal components constitutes a costly loss. In various research fields, including automotive, aeronautical, etc., PMC materials are finding increased implementations, and, consequently, need for precision machining composites has significantly grown. To its characteristics, polymeric considered excellent choices structural members. Fortunately, while creating holes attachment, they demonstrate several kinds problems. The removal rate most important damage, as it reduces part’s useful life. Our four different polymer matrix composite plates process three size (3, 6 & 12mm diameter) with spindle speeds (25, 50 75RPM) predict material rate.
